Treatments At Home Product Guarantee & Refund Policy

Angela Jullings aims to provide you with a professional and top quality service and product. The CDs in the Treatments At Home series are designed to help you achieve your goal with the use of your unconscious mind. These CDs are best listened to on stereo headphones and are not to be used whilst driving or operating machinery. Each order is shipped in either a sealed jiffy bag or cardboard box and comes with a set of instructions for use.

As we are all individual, these CDs may be more advantageous to some users than others and the length of time in which you may notice the benefits may vary for each person.

Returns policy: If in the unlikely event your product does not arrive in good condition, please return it immediately to our Orders Department along with the original receipt, a note explaining what is damaged and we will replace it. Such items must be reported to our Orders Department within 14 days of placing your order and returned to us in secure packaging. Please return faulty goods via normal surface mail (e.g. UK first class post) or in the case of countries other than the UK, normal airmail and the cost of such will be refunded. Unfortunately we cannot refund the postage for items sent by special means, e.g. special delivery, priority mail, registered post, courier, etc.

For the protection of copyright, only faulty goods can be returned and replaced.

Refund policy: We are very keen that you are pleased with your product and hope it arrives in good condition, therefore, if it doesn’t, we offer a replacement of faulty goods, as above. We do not offer refunds on audio products for protection of copyright.
