Our health and mental well-being is dependent on many things - mainly nutritious food, rest and sleep.  Many of us do not sleep well, deeply or even long enough. In the 21st century, many of us in the West believe the myth that we don't need many hours sleep, that we can "get by" on less or that we can "catch-up" at the weekends.    However, our body and our mind need regular, good quality sleep of a certain duration.  

If you're not sleeping well, it may be due to varying reasons - worry, insufficient nutrition, alcohol or drug use, ill-health, relationship issues, anxiety, a non-conducive environment for rest and switching off, being too busy or stressed.

We know how to sleep - it's a human, innate activity, just like breathing.  Angela can help you explore your sleep patterns, what's missing, the reasons for your disturbed sleeping pattern and how to regain that confidence and natural ability to sleep soundly and for a good length of time.
