Breaking Cannabis Dependency
Angela has worked with many cannabis users whose usage has become a problem for them. Many find themselves using cannabis every day, over months and even years and can result in psychological and physical dependency and even addiction. They may find they need to smoke cannabis in order to sleep, or smoke in the morning, or they cannot relax without it. Smokers may find they need a larger quantity in order to achieve the same effect. Some smokers find they need to smoke cannabis just to feel ok or normal.
Heavy or regular smokers often experience problems in their relationships, with concentration, relaxation, being overly stressed, work issues, health issues and money worries. Clients report feelings of confusion, lack of motivation, lack of self-esteem, withdrawal from social situations, becoming introvert and paranoid. She often works with smokers who suffer anxiety issues and panic attacks, as well as those who have lost their motivation and feel increasingly depressed, brought on by cannabis use. Angela has worked with James Langton founder of Clearhead and author of the book and programme "No Need for Weed" for which Angela produced the hypnotherapy recording. The book programme and audio download can be purchased via the Clearhead site quit-cannabis.audio. |
